This year, IRCA 2025 evaluated 107 companies across various sectors. The corporate award category is divided into four levels: Sapphire for Best Enterprise in Regulatory Compliance, Diamond for Most Strategic Enterprise in Regulatory Compliance, Gold for Notable Enterprise in Regulatory Compliance, and Silver for Recognized Enterprise in Regulatory Compliance.

The winners were selected by a panel of five jurors with diverse expertise in legal compliance: Senior Lawyer and Academic Arief T. Surowidjojo; Member of the Supervisory Board of the Forum of Banking Compliance Directors (FKDKP), Anika Faisal; Chairman of the Association of Oil, Gas & Renewable Energy Law Practitioners (APHMET), Didik Sasono Setyadi; Chairman of the Indonesian Association of Mining Legal Consultants and Lawyers (PERKHAPPI), Prof. Faisal Santiago; and CEO of the Indonesian Ocean Justice Initiative (IOJI), Mas Achmad Santosa.

“The Indonesia Regulatory Compliance Awards 2025 marks our second year of organizing this event. We are deeply grateful and extend our highest appreciation for the increasing participation of corporate compliance teams here tonight,” said Chief Media & Engagement Officer of Hukumonline, Amrie Hakim, during the award ceremony held at JS Luwansa Hotel, Jakarta, on Friday night (9/5), as quoted from hukumonline.com.

Amrie noted that the number of companies assessed this year increased by 64.61% compared to 2024, with participants representing 21 different industrial sectors. This growth, he said, reflects a strong and growing commitment to regulatory compliance across Indonesian industry. “We hope the winners in each category can serve as an inspiration to all of us,” Amrie added.
