JAKARTA – PT Teladan Prima Agro Tbk (TLDN) delivered a solid financial performance in the first half of 2026, recording revenue of IDR 2.71 trillion, an increase of 6.5% compared with the same period last year. The growth was driven by higher sales volumes and improved average selling prices of the Company's key products, namely Crude Palm Oil (CPO), Palm Kernel (PK), and Crude Palm Kernel Oil (CPKO).
Revenue from CPO sales reached IDR 2.32 trillion, up 4.6% year-on-year. Meanwhile, revenue from PK sales amounted to IDR 227.01 billion, supported by a 5.3% increase in sales volume and a 9.3% improvement in the average selling price. CPKO sales also contributed positively, generating IDR 158.02 billion in revenue, driven by higher sales volume and average selling price compared with the corresponding period last year.
Despite higher production costs resulting from increased purchases of third-party Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) and higher plantation maintenance expenses, the Company maintained healthy profitability. During the first half of 2026, TLDN recorded gross profit of IDR 960.50 billion, EBITDA of IDR 904.30 billion, and net profit of IDR 543.65 billion, reflecting the Company's disciplined operational management and resilient business fundamentals.
"Our first-half performance demonstrates the strength of TLDN's business fundamentals. Revenue growth, coupled with sustained profitability, reflects our continued focus on enhancing plantation productivity, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining the quality of our plantation assets amid a dynamic market environment," said Wishnu Wardhana, President Director of PT Teladan Prima Agro Tbk.
Operationally, the Company continued to deliver positive performance across both nucleus and plasma estates. Nucleus Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) production reached 552,631 tonnes, an increase of 1.5% year-on-year, while plasma FFB production grew by 10.5% to 83,382 tonnes.
The higher FFB production contributed to a 4.7% increase in FFB processed, reaching 734,369 tonnes during the first half of 2026. In line with the higher processing volume, CPO production increased 6.6% to 169,881 tonnes, supported by an improvement in the Company's Oil Extraction Rate (OER) to 23.13%. Palm Kernel production also increased to 27,622 tonnes, while CPKO production reached 6,780 tonnes.
According to Wishnu, the Company's operational achievements reflect its consistent implementation of best plantation management practices, including optimized fertilizer application, continuous plantation infrastructure maintenance, and the integration of technology across plantation and mill operations.
TLDN also continued to strengthen the implementation of its Teladan Productivity Technology Science (TPTS) program, leveraging data, science, and technology to improve plantation productivity and operational efficiency. At the same time, the Company further enhanced its Teladan Green Metrics (TGM) initiative to reinforce measurable environmental, social, and governance (ESG) management as part of its long-term sustainable growth strategy.
"Looking ahead to the second half of 2026, we remain committed to improving productivity, strengthening operational excellence, and advancing sustainable plantation practices. Supported by solid operational fundamentals and disciplined execution, we are confident in our ability to continue creating long-term value for our shareholders and stakeholders," Wishnu concluded.
