Teladan Productivity Technology Science (TPTS)

A precision-agronomy platform, drone-sensor mapping, satellite analytics and real-time monitoring algorithms that are proprietary assets and exclusive trade secrets of TPA.

Teladan Green Metrics (TGM)

An integrated carbon-calculation tool, real-time satellite hotspot monitoring, ESG compliance matrix and digital audit trail protected under the Company's proprietary licence.

Users may not copy, modify, redistribute, reverse engineer, publish for commercial purposes or reproduce trademarks without the express written permission of the Corporate Secretary of PT Teladan Prima Agro Tbk.

Permitted Use and Operational Limitations

This website is provided for lawful information access, non-commercial academic research, good-faith investment evaluation and public understanding of our sustainable business practices in East Kalimantan.

The use of automated software, crawler robots, web scrapers or data-mining methodologies without official written authorisation is prohibited.

Penetration attempts, server-vulnerability testing, hacking, malicious-code transmission or denial-of-service attacks against TPA infrastructure are prohibited.

Governing Law and Dispute-Resolution Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and all legal relationships arising from the use of TPA's official portal are governed by and interpreted solely under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising in connection with these Terms will first be resolved through deliberation for a period of 30 calendar days. If no settlement is reached, the dispute will be resolved through the exclusive jurisdiction of the South Jakarta District Court.
