JAKARTA – PT Teladan Prima Agro Tbk (TLDN) has once again been recognized at the regional level, earning a place on Forbes Asia’s Best Under A Billion 2026 list. This marks the second consecutive year that TLDN has been included in the list, which highlights small and midsized publicly traded companies demonstrating strong performance across the Asia-Pacific region.

The Forbes Asia’s Best Under A Billion 2026 list, now in its 25th edition, features 200 publicly traded companies across the Asia-Pacific region with annual sales of more than US$10 million and less than US$1 billion. Companies included in the list are recognized for their track record of long-term, sustainable performance amid various business and economic challenges. Of more than 19,000 publicly traded companies considered for the selection, only 200 were ultimately included.

Based on the country category, 11 publicly traded companies from Indonesia were included in the 2026 list. Meanwhile, the industry category comprises 19 companies in the Agriculture, Food & Beverage sector, reflecting the diversity of industries represented in the list and their ability to maintain performance amid evolving regional dynamics. TLDN is one of the Indonesian companies included in the list and is categorized under Agriculture, Food & Beverage.

Forbes Asia compiled the list based on a composite score that considers several indicators, including debt growth, sales, and earnings per share over the most recent one- and three-year fiscal periods, as well as the strongest one- and five-year average return on equity. In addition to quantitative criteria, Forbes also applied qualitative screening to exclude companies with serious issues related to governance, accounting practices, environmental concerns, management, or legal matters.

TLDN’s inclusion in the list for the second consecutive year reflects the Company’s consistency in maintaining growth while strengthening its business fundamentals. In fiscal year 2025, TLDN recorded revenue of IDR 5.42 trillion, an increase of 28.7% year-on-year, while net profit reached IDR 1.11 trillion, growing 34% YoY. This performance continued the positive growth momentum recorded by TLDN in the previous year.

“Teladan Prima Agro’s inclusion in Forbes Asia’s Best Under A Billion for two consecutive years is a recognition of the Company’s consistent performance and the hard work of everyone across the Company in conducting our business responsibly and sustainably. For us, this achievement is not only about financial growth, but also about continuously strengthening our business fundamentals, improving operational efficiency, and creating long-term value for all stakeholders,” said Wishnu Wardhana, President Director of PT Teladan Prima Agro Tbk.

Forbes Asia noted that companies included in the 2026 list have successfully navigated various challenges, including geopolitical tensions and volatility in energy markets. At the same time, a number of companies on the list have been able to capitalize on opportunities arising from technological advancements, artificial intelligence, renewable energy, and evolving industry needs.

For TLDN, efforts to sustain growth are driven by strengthening productivity, efficiency, innovation, and sustainability across its operations. The Company leverages satellite technology and artificial intelligence (AI) to monitor plantation areas and support data-driven decision-making through the Teladan Productivity Technology System (TPTS). This technology supports more effective plantation management while driving continuous productivity improvements. The management of sustainability data is also strengthened through Teladan Green Metrics (TGM), a digital platform that helps the Company monitor and manage various ESG indicators in a more integrated manner.

On the operational side, TLDN has developed a Kernel Crushing Plant (KCP) to optimize the utilization of palm kernels into value-added products, as well as a Biogas Power Plant (BPP) that utilizes Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME) as a source of renewable energy. Both facilities are part of the Company’s efforts to optimize resource utilization, improve efficiency, and strengthen the implementation of circular economy principles.

In addition, Teladan Prima Agro continues to expand its use of renewable energy through Solar Power Plants and a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) to support its operational energy needs. These initiatives are part of the Company’s efforts to reduce its reliance on fossil fuels while improving energy efficiency and optimizing energy costs over the long term.

These initiatives form part of the Company’s strategy to strengthen its business fundamentals through the integration of technology, productivity, efficiency, and sustainability. Through this approach, Teladan Prima Agro remains committed to maintaining healthy growth while creating long-term value for all stakeholders.
