Jakarta, 22 May 2026 – PT Teladan Prima Agro Tbk (“TLDN”) has once again achieved a notable milestone at the Indonesia Regulatory Compliance Awards (IRCA) 2026, securing prestigious accolade, SAPPHIRE: Best Enterprise in Regulatory Compliance under the PROSPER D classification. These award mark TLDN’s achievement for two consecutive years at IRCA, following its recognition in 2025 as Best Enterprise in Regulatory Compliance. This accomplishment reflects TLDN’s consistent commitment to strengthening compliance practices, enhancing good corporate governance, and fostering inspiring leadership amid an increasingly dynamic regulatory landscape.
IRCA is a prestigious platform that recognizes companies and leaders in Indonesia demonstrating excellence in regulatory compliance and sustainable governance practices. The evaluation is conducted through a structured self-assessment methodology, covering key aspects such as compliance evaluation and monitoring, internal regulatory socialization, innovation and the use of technology to support legal compliance, human capital development strategies, and other relevant indicators.
The awards were presented at the Hukumonline Indonesia Regulatory Compliance Awards 2026 ceremony, held at the Grand Ballroom Sasono Mulyo, Hotel Le Meridien Jakarta, on 22 May 2026, and were received on behalf of the Company by the Head of Corporate Secretary and Legal Division, Arya Wibisana.
Within the IRCA framework, companies are also classified under the PROSPER system, which considers the level of business complexity and regulatory obligations. TLDN was assessed under the PROSPER D category, companies with moderate regulatory exposure and business complexity, and successfully achieved the highest rating of SAPPHIRE, recognizing excellence in comprehensive compliance implementation.
In addition, Head of Corporate Secretary and Legal Division, Arya Wibisana, received the Most Inspiring Leader in Regulatory Compliance award for the agriculture industry. This recognition reflects his strategic leadership role in promoting a culture of compliance, integrity, and strengthening of sustainable corporate governance across all organizational levels.
