As part of this commitment, the Company organized Teladan Talks #12, themed "Work Smarter with AI: Strategies to Enhance Productivity in the Digital Era." The session featured Puja Pramudya, CEO of Radya Labs & Alkademi, who shared insights on the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its growing role in enhancing workplace productivity and operational effectiveness.
Through the session, participants gained a deeper understanding of the evolution of Generative AI, its adoption across various industries, and its potential applications in supporting the Company's business processes. The training also emphasized the responsible use of AI to improve efficiency, productivity, and the quality of decision-making in the workplace.

The framework can be applied to a wide range of workplace tasks, including drafting emails, preparing presentations, analyzing data, and solving business case studies related to palm oil operations.
