Paser, July 17, 2026 – As part of its commitment to supporting human capital development from an early age, PT Multi Jayantara Abadi (MJA), a subsidiary of PT Teladan Prima Agro Tbk, has launched a Free Tutoring and After-School Learning Program for employees' children at the Tanjung Harapan Estate in Paser Regency.
The program is one of initiatives to support children's education while fostering a harmonious working environment through greater attention to employees' family well-being. By providing additional learning opportunities beyond regular school hours, the company aims to help children strengthen their academic abilities, broaden their knowledge, and inspire them to achieve their full potential.
The program is open to elementary school students from Grades 1 to 6 who live within the plantation community. Tutoring sessions are held every Friday for two hours, starting at 4:00 p.m., providing a positive learning environment where children can continue to develop their knowledge and potential.
The opening session was officially opened by PT Multi Jayantara Abadi's management, represented by Senior Manager, Rusdiansyah, and Estate Manager, M. Hariadi Said. In their remarks, they emphasized that education is a long-term investment in building a generation that is competitive, resilient, and well-prepared for the future. They also expressed their appreciation to the volunteer teachers for their dedication and to the students for their enthusiasm throughout the program.
The tutoring sessions cover English, Indonesian, and Mathematics, delivered through interactive learning methods by the HRBP Paser team, led by Rio Saragih, together with the Assistant Estate Manager (Askep) and MJA employees who volunteer as instructors. Through an engaging and enjoyable learning approach, students are encouraged to ask questions, participate in discussions, and strengthen their academic skills and self-confidence.
