BALI—PT Teladan Prima Agro Tbk (TLDN) or TPA has been recognized as the winner of the Indonesia's Most Innovative In-House Counsel Team 2025 award in the Plantation category, organized by hukumonline.com. The award was presented to TPA, represented by Muhammad Shevy, Head of Legal Litigation & Government Relations, at the Indonesian In-House Counsel Summit & Awards 2025, held on Friday, October 3, 2025, in Nusa Dua, Bali.
The Indonesia's Most Innovative In-House Counsel Team 2025 award recognizes in-house counsel teams for their dedication, professionalism, and innovation in supporting their organizations. Amrie Hakim, Hukumonline's Chief Media and Engagement Officer, stated that the award went through a comprehensive process involving surveys, discussions, and rigorous assessments by an independent panel of judges consisting of academics, practitioners, and legal leaders.
"I hope this award provides motivation and encouragement for in-house counsel to continue enhancing their professionalism. It also proves that the profession plays a strategic role in ensuring business sustainability in Indonesia," said Amrie in his speech, as quoted from hukumonline.com on Monday, October 6, 2025.
TPA’s Corporate Secretary, Arya Wibisana, stated that the company remains committed to upholding good corporate governance (GCG) principles to enhance performance and contribution while ensuring long-term business sustainability. Arya emphasized that governance is a vital foundation in achieving TPA's sustainability goals by integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) aspects into every strategic decision-making process.
"Therefore, we consistently manage TPA based on the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia, such as Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 40 of 2007 on Limited Liability Companies, Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation No. 21/POJK.04/2015 on the Implementation of Corporate Governance Guidelines for Public Companies, and OJK Circular No. 32/SEOJK.04/2015," Arya added.
