JAKARTA – PT Teladan Prima Agro Tbk (TLDN) has officially acquired 99.99% of the shares of PT Cipta Davia Mandiri (CDM) from PT REA Kaltim Plantations. This corporate action follows the share acquisition agreed upon in the transaction documents dated June 13, 2025.
The total transaction value for TLDN’s acquisition of CDM is IDR 136.3 billion. PT Cipta Davia Mandiri operates in the palm oil sector and is located in East Kalimantan. CDM manages approximately 3,100 hectares of palm oil plantations.
With this acquisition, PT Teladan Prima Agro Tbk’s total planted land area will increase to around 63,500 hectares. These plantations are all located in East Kalimantan, spread across Berau Regency, East Kutai Regency, Paser Regency, and Kutai Kartanegara Regency.
"The purpose of this transaction is to expand TLDN’s asset base, increase production, and support the Company’s long-term development plans. In addition, it fulfills the planned use of funds from the initial public offering, as outlined in TLDN’s prospectus, which include acquiring palm oil companies," said TLDN Corporate Secretary Arya Wibisana.
With the acquisition now complete, TLDN will focus on integrating CDM’s operations and managing its assets. The Company will also ensure that all processes adhere to applicable standards and regulations. This strategic move is expected to positively impact the Company’s performance and reinforce the foundation for future business growth.
