Bali — Teladan Conference 2025 was successfully held over four days of enthusiasm and inspiration on the island of Bali, carrying the theme “Teladan Competitive Through Innovation.” This annual event served as a strategic forum to strengthen the company’s vision in driving sustainable growth, competitiveness, and cross-business collaboration, not only through ideas and innovation but also through the unity of the company’s extended family.
The event series began on 7 May 2025 with a welcoming dinner at New Furama Restaurant in Jimbaran. The evening was filled with warmth and camaraderie, bringing together participants from various operational areas along with their families in a relaxed atmosphere that fostered stronger bonds.
On 8 May 2025, the main conference session was held at the Anvaya Beach Resort Bali ballroom. President Director Wishnu Wardhana opened the session by presenting the Company’s Long-Term Plan (RJPP) 2025–2030 and the ESG Roadmap 2025–2030, laying the foundation for transformation toward becoming a world-class and sustainable palm oil company.
In his presentation, Wishnu emphasized three main goals to achieve: optimal production, low cost, and sustainable strategic investment—supported by two key foundations: human resource management and good corporate governance, along with sustainable action.
“Through RJPP 2025–2030 and the ESG Roadmap 2025–2030, we affirm our identity as a modern and responsible palm oil company. I hope we all understand and sincerely implement them. Each of us is a vital part of Teladan Prima Agro’s journey toward our 2030 vision,” said Wishnu Wardhana to all conference participants.
The session continued with an inspiring talk from Ignasius Jonan, themed “Endless Innovation.” He shared his experiences and insights on the importance of continuous innovation amidst ever-evolving global challenges.
At the same time, the family program was also a highlight of the event. Mothers and children enjoyed an educational and recreational trip to Bali Safari, engaging directly with animals while learning about biodiversity and conservation. This activity not only provided joy but also strengthened family bonds.
The highlight of the evening was the Teladan Awarding Night 2025, held at the Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort Ballroom. This annual awards ceremony celebrated the outstanding contributions and performance of Teladan employees and business units throughout the year. The list of winners includes:
