JAKARTA – PT Teladan Prima Agro Tbk (TLDN) recorded solid financial performance in the first quarter of 2026, posting revenue of IDR 1.37 trillion, representing a 6.8% increase compared to the same period last year. This achievement was supported by higher crude palm oil (CPO) sales volume, as well as increased average selling prices of palm kernel (PK) and crude palm kernel oil (CPKO).

During the first three months of the year, revenue from CPO sales reached IDR 1.21 trillion, up 8.2% compared to the same period last year, driven by higher sales volume despite a 2.0% decline in the average selling price. Revenue from PK sales amounted to IDR 96.92 billion, supported by a 5.3% increase in the average selling price despite lower sales volume. Meanwhile, CPKO revenue reached IDR 54.56 billion, down 6.1% year-on-year in line with lower sales volume, although the average selling price increased by 5.0%.

Overall, the Company recorded gross profit of IDR 348.22 billion in Q1/2026, or 11.7% lower than the same period last year. The Company also posted EBITDA of IDR 322.31 billion and net profit of IDR 181.77 billion, amid market dynamics and production volume adjustments.

“The Company continues to maintain a balance between revenue growth and long-term operational strengthening. Although there were production dynamics across several segments, our first-quarter performance shows that our strategy in maintaining plantation productivity and optimizing mill performance remains on track amid dynamic market conditions,” said TLDN President Director, Wishnu Wardhana.

On the operational side, TLDN recorded nucleus fresh fruit bunches (FFB) production of 253,459 tons in Q1/2026, or 0.9% lower compared to 255,775 tons in the same period last year. Meanwhile, plasma FFB production reached 40,378 tons, increasing by 14.4% compared to 35,294 tons in the same period last year.

During the first three months of 2026, the Company processed 346,609 tons of FFB, an increase of 5.9% compared to 327,157 tons in the same period last year. This increase was driven by higher plasma plantation production as well as additional supply from third-party fruit.

From the mill performance side, CPO production reached 78,997 tons, up 6.3% compared to 74,340 tons in the same period last year. The Oil Extraction Rate (OER) also improved to 22.79%. Palm kernel production was recorded at 12,791 tons, increasing by 6.4% compared to the previous year, while CPKO production reached 3,215 tons with an extraction rate of 40.25%, higher than the same period last year.

Wishnu Wardhana added that amid operational challenges and production fluctuations across several segments, the Company remained consistent in maintaining efficiency and productivity. This was supported by the implementation of best agricultural practices, fertilizer optimization, continuous plantation infrastructure maintenance, and the application of technology in operational activities.

Technology utilization has become one of the Company’s main focuses in improving operational performance, including through the strengthening of the Teladan Productivity Technology Science (TPTS) program. Through a data, science, and technology-based approach, this program supports the optimization of plantation and mill management to maintain productivity and consistent production results. In addition, through the Teladan Green Metrics (TGM) initiative, the Company continues to strengthen its commitment to sustainability through measurable and responsible environmental management. This step is aligned with the Company’s ESG strategy in supporting sustainable business growth.

Going forward, the Company will continue to strengthen its operational fundamentals, maintain discipline in implementing its business strategies, and enhance competitiveness to support healthy and sustainable long-term growth.
