BALIKPAPAN - PT Teladan Prima Agro Tbk (TLDN) remains steadfast in its commitment to environmental preservation, a commitment that is reaffirmed by the company's achievement of the Green Rating in the Environmental Management Performance Rating Program (Proper) of East Kalimantan Province for the 2023-2024 period for all of its palm oil processing mills.

The East Kalimantan Province Proper Certificate was awarded by the Acting Governor of East Kalimantan, Akmal Malik, to TPA during the World Environment Day 2024 commemoration event held on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan.

TPA earned the Green Proper Certificate through its five subsidiaries, namely:

PT Cahaya Anugerah Plantation (Feliza Mill)

PT Multi Jayantara Abadi (Tanjung Harapan Mill)

PT Tanjung Buyu Perkasa Plantation (Talisayan Mill)

PT Telen (Bukit Permata Mill and Pengadan Baay Mill)

PT Telen Prima Sawit (Muara Bengkal Mill)

The Green Proper Certification, a prestigious recognition, is awarded to companies that go above and beyond the required regulations in managing their environmental responsibilities, efficiently utilizing resources, and executing social responsibilities effectively.

"We all must take responsibility for maintaining and preserving the environment. East Kalimantan should be a model and pioneer of good environmental management in the country," said Akmal, as quoted from www.dinaslh.kaltimprov.go.id, Friday, June 21, 2024.

During the 2024 World Environment Day commemoration, the East Kalimantan Provincial Government awarded Proper Certificates to 273 companies with varying Proper ratings.
