BALIKPAPAN – The Kutai Timur Area 1 team, or Kutim 1, claimed first place in the finals of PT Teladan Prima Agro Tbk (TLDN) or TPA’s annual mini soccer tournament, the Teladan League 2025, which was held on Saturday, May 3, 2025, in Balikpapan. Kutim 1 won the match in a penalty shootout against the Jakarta Representative Office (KP Jakarta) with a final score of 6-5.

The final match of the Teladan League 2025 was intense. In the first half, the score between Kutim 1 and KP Jakarta remained 0-0. Early in the second half, at the 20th minute, KP Jakarta’s player number 26, Andhika, scored a goal, putting his team in the lead with a score of 0-1.

However, that lead didn’t last long. Just two minutes later, in the 22nd minute of the second half, Kutim 1 equalized with a goal by player number 28, Ridwan Octavian, who skillfully headed the ball into KP Jakarta’s net from a corner kick. The match ended 1-1 and proceeded to a penalty shootout, which Kutim 1 won.

For context, the Kutim 1 team comprises employees from TPA’s subsidiaries: PT Sawit Prima Nusantara and PT Telen. Before becoming the champion of the Teladan League 2025, Kutim 1 had lost to the Samarinda Representative Office (KPW Samarinda) in the semifinals of the Teladan League 2024.

However, in the 2025 tournament, Kutim 1 defeated KPW Samarinda—last year’s champion—in the semifinals, earning them a place in the final against KP Jakarta. KP Jakarta had been the runner-up in the 2024 and 2025 Teladan Leagues.

The Teladan League 2025 also recognized outstanding participants in three special categories. First, the Fair Play Team award was given to Milo 1 Area. Second, the Best Player award went to Ahmad Ramdani from KP Jakarta. Third, the Top Scorer title was awarded to Dirga Bratazhena Dezario, a player from KPW Samarinda.

The Teladan League is a mini soccer competition for all TPA employees, including those at headquarters, representative offices, and subsidiaries. TPA continues to support and facilitate its employees’ activities and hobbies. Through the Teladan League, the company aims to foster a positive work environment and strengthen camaraderie and a sense of family among employees. See you at the next Teladan League!
