JAKARTA—To strengthen the bonds among employees and their families, PT Teladan Prima Agro Tbk (TPA) once again held the TPA Family Gathering 2024, which took place on Saturday, August 10, 2024, in Jakarta. Various competitions were organized during the TPA Family Gathering 2024 to foster teamwork among employees from different departments. Additionally, TPA recognized employees who have shown dedication to the company.
The series of competitions held during the TPA Family Gathering 2024 included punching a ball, flour transfer, weightlifting, sack races, water relay, sarong relay, and beach volleyball. Employees and their family members participated in these competitions to strengthen the bonds of brotherhood through teamwork. There were also dozens of prizes, and an attractive grand prize was awarded to employees.
In this event, TPA also gave awards to staff and non-staff employees who have dedicated themselves to the company for over 15 years. The Loyalty Awards were given to:
