Estate Operations Development Program

PT Teladan Prima Agro Tbk is an agribusiness company engaged in palm oil plantations and mills. Our plantation operations are located in East Kalimantan, covering Berau, East Kutai, Paser, and Kutai Kartanegara. We invite high-potential candidates to join and grow through our Future Leader Development Program.

General requirements and terms

Bachelor's degree (D4/S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
Maximum age of 25 years.
Fresh graduates or candidates with work experience who are willing to join a six-month training program in East Kalimantan and be placed at a palm oil plantation.
During the training program, marital status is considered single for married applicants.

Selection stages

The selection consists of two stages: online selection for applicants who meet the requirements, followed by offline selection for applicants who pass the online stage. Offline selection will be held in five cities on the following schedule:

Yogyakarta, 7–11 September 2026
Malang, 14–17 September 2026
Makassar, 22–24 September 2026
Jakarta, 29 September–1 October 2026
Samarinda, 6–8 October 2026
